If you have a Dallol Gebeya account and wish to delete it, you can do so easily using the “Delete Account” button inside the app.
Steps to Delete Your Account from the App:
- Open the Dallol Gebeya app.
- Go to My Account / Settings.
- Tap on “Delete Account”.
- Confirm the deletion.
Once deleted, your account and personal data will be removed from our servers.
What Data Is Deleted?
- Personal information (Name, Email, Phone)
- Order history
- Address and saved preferences
We do not retain any of your personal data after the account is deleted.
